1. Acceptance of Terms
HangarHQ is an aviation maintenance CRM platform operated by BMIC Enterprises LLC. By using the service or by opting in to receive SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. SMS Notification Service
- HangarHQ sends SMS on behalf of aviation maintenance facilities.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Get help by replying HELP.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies, typically 2–5 messages per service job.
3. Use of Service
The service is provided to facilitate communication between aviation maintenance facilities and their customers regarding aircraft service status, proposals, and appointment reminders. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the service only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for the mobile number you provide and for notifying us if it changes.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BMIC Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Aircraft maintenance decisions remain the responsibility of the servicing facility and the aircraft owner.
